The grounds, office/chapel building, and organization are owned and operated by the Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery Association of Hammond, Indiana, originally comprised of nine Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod) churches located in northwest Indiana and southern Cook County, Illinois.
Recognized by the IRS and the Indiana Department of Revenue as a non-profit organization, Concordia Cemetery accepts memorial donations which are tax-deductible by the donor.
